We want you to be happy with every video. That’s why everything you buy from Sequenzz comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee
- One-off video ($799): if you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 30 days of your payment and we’ll refund it in full.
- Monthly content ($1,999 per month): ask within 30 days of a monthly payment and we’ll refund that month’s payment in full.
- Custom projects paid through our website get the same 30-day guarantee.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel at any time by emailing us. You won’t be charged again, and your plan keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Cancelling doesn’t refund the current month automatically; if that payment was made in the last 30 days and you’d like it back, just ask.
If we can’t deliver
If we can’t deliver a video you’ve paid for, for any reason on our side, we refund you in full, even after 30 days.
After a refund
Once a payment is refunded, the right to use the videos covered by that payment ends. Please stop using them and delete your copies.
How to ask for a refund
Email noor@sequenzz.com from the email address you used to pay. You don’t need to give a reason.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method. We aim to approve them within 2 working days. Your bank may then take 5 to 10 working days to show the money in your account.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live. Nothing in this policy takes those rights away.
