Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Sequenzz (“we”, “us”), an AI video agency. They apply whenever you buy a one-off video or a monthly plan on sequenzz.com, or book a custom project with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Sequenzz plans, generates and finishes AI videos for brands: commercials, reels, product videos, social content and talking-head videos. You can reach us at noor@sequenzz.com.
2. Payments
Once we’ve agreed your order, we send you a secure payment link or invoice. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown before you pay.
3. Our plans
One-off video: $799, paid once

Monthly content: $1,999 per month, subscription

Custom projects
Campaigns, series and longer videos are priced by a written quote. These terms apply to custom projects too, unless the quote says otherwise.
Prices on our website are in US dollars.
4. Monthly subscriptions
- Your plan renews automatically every month, on the same date you first paid, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing us. You won’t be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Videos you don’t use in a billing month don’t carry over to the next month.
- If we change the monthly price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price, so you can cancel first if you want to.
5. How each video is made
After you pay, we contact you within one working day to collect your brief. We then send you a plan (script and storyboard) to approve before anything is generated. The 3-day delivery time starts once you approve the plan and we have everything we need from you, such as photos, logos or voice samples. If feedback or materials arrive late, delivery moves back by the same amount of time.
6. Revisions
A revision round is one combined list of changes to the video, sent together. Changes that go beyond the approved plan, such as a new concept or a new script, and any extra revision rounds can be quoted separately.
7. Your materials and the people in your videos
- You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images, footage, music or other materials you send us, and that using them doesn’t break anyone else’s rights.
- If a video uses a real person clone or a voice clone, you confirm that the person has given clear permission for their face or voice to be used. We may ask for this permission in writing, and we may pause or decline the work until we have it.
8. Videos we won’t make
We don’t make videos that impersonate someone without their permission, mislead people (for example fake endorsements, fake news or deceptive political content), contain sexual, hateful or harassing content, or break the law or the rules of the platform where they’ll be posted. We may decline or stop a project like this. If we do, we refund any part of your payment for work we haven’t delivered.
9. Ownership and use of your videos
- Once your payment has gone through, you may use the final videos for any lawful purpose, including advertising, anywhere in the world and with no time limit.
- We may show finished videos in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- Drafts, prompts, project files and our tools stay ours.
- If a payment is refunded or reversed, your right to use the videos covered by that payment ends.
10. AI-generated content
Our videos are made with generative AI tools, and we check every output by hand. Because of how these tools work, we can’t guarantee that every generated element is unique or protected by copyright in every country. Some platforms and countries require AI-generated content to be labelled; you’re responsible for labelling your videos where needed. Please tell us before we start if your project has special legal requirements.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that video, or for that billing month on a monthly plan. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.
12. Refunds and cancellations
Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our refund policy explains how it works.
13. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Changes apply to orders placed after that date. For monthly plans, we’ll email you about any important change before it applies to you.
