How fast can you deliver?
Every video is delivered within 3 days of you approving its plan (script and storyboard). That's the same on the one-off video and the monthly plan.
What do you need from me to start?
A short brief (what you're promoting, who it's for and where it will run), your logo and brand assets, and any references you like. A product photo or a script is enough to get going. If a real person will appear in your video, we also need a few photos or a short clip of them, plus their permission.
How many revisions do I get?
Every video includes 2 rounds of revisions. A round is one combined list of changes, sent together. Extra rounds can be added if you need them.
Who owns the final video?
Once your payment goes through, you can use the final video for any lawful purpose, including ads, anywhere and with no time limit. See our terms for details.
Which formats do you deliver?
MP4 files, ready to post in 16:9 for websites and YouTube, 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and 1:1 for feeds.
Can I get a refund?

How do I cancel my monthly plan?
Just email noor@sequenzz.com. You won't be charged again, and your plan keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
